Join us at the Spirit of Anglesey Beaumaris and create your very own handcrafted gin. Choose from a beautiful selection of delicious botanicals to craft, distil and bottle a truly unique gin.
The Gin Making Experience
A warm welcome awaits you at The Spirit of Anglesey Gin Making Experience, where on arrival you will be welcomed with a complementary G&T. Take a seat at your very own copper still in the Anglesey distillery and begin the Gin making adventure. You will craft, distil and bottle your very own Gin just like a master distiller, choosing from a wide selection of delicious botanicals from across the globe.
Once you have chosen your botanicals and carefully weighed them, in the still they go with our base spirit and the process begins. You can now sit back, have another complementary G&T and wait for the magic to happen!
The Experience will last approximately 2 hours and you will leave with a full size 70cl bottle of your very own handcrafted gin.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring my dog along to the Gin Making Experience?
If you book the entire room for a single group or party, then you are welcome to bring your dog, providing they are well behaved . If however other people have booked the experience and are not in your group or party, then unfortunately we cannot accommodate your four-legged friend.
Will I receive refreshments while making my own gin?
You will receive three complimentary craft gin and tonics while you are with us. All of which are made by our master distiller and produced here on Anglesey. In addition to the drinks you will also receive a small snack.
Can I book an experience on a day or time slot not advertised?
Yes providing your party is for 6 people or more, we are happy to arrange a special booking for you. Please contact us for details.
I am driving on the day, do you offer alcohol free refreshments?
For those of you who are unable to drink alcohol while with us, we offer a very nice alcohol free gin & tonic alternative.
